There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or physical delivery times. All our services are delivered digitally. All completed design files, marketing reports, and project deliverables will be sent to you electronically. Delivery will be made via:

2. Turnaround & Fulfillment Times
Delivery timelines vary depending on the specific service you purchased:
- Logo Design & Branding: Initial concepts are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive all your business details and requirements.
- Digital Marketing Services: Setup and campaign launches vary by project size (usually 5 to 7 business days). Ongoing management services are fulfilled monthly as agreed upon in your service contract.
- Custom Projects: Timelines for comprehensive packages will be explicitly outlined in our initial project proposal.
3. Delays & Client Responsibilities
The speed of delivery often depends on your feedback. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Delay in providing necessary business details, logos, or brand assets.
- Delayed approval of design concepts or marketing strategies.
4. Revisions and Final Approvals
- For design services (like logos), your package includes a specific number of revision rounds (as stated on the service product page).
- Once you give your final approval on a design or marketing setup, the final high-resolution files or live campaigns will be delivered, and the order will be marked as fulfilled.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Since we deliver non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the creative work has begun or the digital marketing service has been initiated. Please review our Refund Policy page for full details regarding cancellations and revisions.
