1. No Refunds on Initiated Work

Due to the nature of digital creative labor and advertising management setups, we do not issue refunds once work has commenced. Specifically:

  • Logo Design & Branding: Once our design team has started brainstorming, concept drafting, or generating initial custom previews, the order becomes non-refundable.
  • Digital Marketing Services: Once campaign strategy, auditing, or technical advertising pixel implementations have started, fees for that billable period are strictly non-refundable.

2. Revision and Correction Commitment

While we do not provide cash refunds for custom design assets, we ensure complete satisfaction through our dedicated revision cycles:

  • Each standard logo and branding package includes a designated number of revision phases as detailed on the product page.
  • Clients are highly encouraged to provide comprehensive, precise, and actionable feedback during these phases to shape the final delivery to their exact specifications.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Execution Cancellations: You may request a full cancellation and refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided that our production or marketing team has not officially initiated work on your project.
  • Monthly Marketing Subscriptions: Ongoing digital marketing retainers or management services can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will stop future automatic billing, but no partial or pro-rated refunds will be granted for the current active billing cycle.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We firmly believe in direct communication to resolve any project concerns. Filing a formal payment dispute or credit card chargeback without reaching out to our support team first will result in immediate termination of all active digital service access, deletion of pending file structures, and a formal presentation of contractual delivery records to the processing gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or Mercury).
